NIIFSDM was founded by Shri Vineshkumar Sharma in the year 2010 at Gujarat with a vision to provide superior state of the art training institute. Mr. V. K. Sharma, Ex-SPG officer and trained from National Fire Service College (NFSC), Nagpur in the year of 1990, the institute operates under his vision of discipline and excellence. Academic leadership is provided by Mr. R. K. Rohilla, Ex-Fire Advisor of Raksha Academy (GMR Group) & Ex-Fire Station Officer /C BARC and guest faculty at NFSC Nagpur.
